Hi, I’m Nikki! I’ve been with State Farm since October 2021 and love helping our customers feel confident and comfortable with their insurance. I grew up in Fond du Lac and moved to the Kiel area a few years ago, so it’s especially rewarding to help individuals and families throughout the communities I call home.
As the Office Manager, I’m licensed to assist with Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Boat, Life, and Health Insurance. One of my favorite parts of my role is meeting with policyholders for policy review appointments. These conversations give us the opportunity to review your current coverage, discuss any changes in your life, answer questions, and make sure your insurance continues to fit your needs. Whether you’re reviewing existing policies or looking for something new, I’m here to make the process as simple and comfortable as possible.
Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my children—and more often than not, running from one sporting event to the next! I enjoy being part of our local community and look forward to getting to know you and helping with your insurance needs.

Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m the receptionist here at our State Farm office and joined the team in July 2026. I enjoy being one of the first friendly faces you see when you visit our office and helping make sure our customers feel welcome and taken care of.
Outside of work, I’ve been happily married for 17 years and am also a proud cat mom to five cats! In my free time, I enjoy playing darts, going to bingo, and spending evenings around a fire with family and friends.

Hi, I’m Hannah! I joined our State Farm team in September 2026 as a part-time receptionist. Born and raised in Fond du Lac, I love being part of the community I’ve always called home and enjoy welcoming and getting to know the customers who visit our office.
Outside of the office, I stay busy with my husband of 13 years and our three sons. I’m a big animal lover, love to laugh, and enjoy spending time with family and friends. When I’m not here at the office, you can also find me working as a manager at a local tavern.

Hi, I’m Rachel! I joined our State Farm team in October 2026 and enjoy connecting with people, building genuine relationships, and being part of a team that cares about our local community.
Outside of the office, I’m a small business owner and stay plenty busy on our small farm, which is home to chickens, ducks, cats, rabbits, peafowl, sheep, goats, and a calf! I also have a passion for gardening, event planning, decorating, and interior design. I’m happiest when I’m creating something new—and usually have 15 or more projects going at any given time!
As a small business owner myself, I’m a big believer in supporting local businesses and building meaningful connections with the people in our community. I’m excited to be part of our State Farm team and look forward to getting to know our customers and helping make every visit to our office a welcoming one.
